When to Reach Out

The fastest way to use FloorCalc Tools is just to run a calculator and read the cost guide underneath it — you'll get your estimate in seconds without needing to talk to anyone. But there are a few times it's worth contacting us directly:

• Sanity-check a quote. If a flooring contractor quoted you something that feels far off from our range and you want a second opinion before you sign, send us the numbers and we'll tell you honestly what we think.
• Spot an error. If one of our calculators gives an output that looks wrong, or our content has a mistake, please tell us. We update the calculators when the math drifts from real-world pricing.
• Request a new calculator. If there's a flooring type or cost we don't cover yet — luxury vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, radiant heat underlayment — let us know. We build the calculators people actually need.
• Press, partnership, or general business inquiry. Email us using the address below.

Note on services: We publish cost-estimating tools nationally and do not install flooring. For an actual project, use our calculators to set your budget, then get two or three quotes from licensed, insured contractors in your area.
